Privacy

What we keep about you.

AhaAgile is run by Adnan Ali in Melbourne. This page covers the website, email, client work and the accounts we publish from. Last updated 1 October 2026.

This website

It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms, so visiting it tells us nothing about you. The server that hosts it does keep ordinary access logs (your IP address, the time, the page you asked for) for a short period, which is how we spot faults and abuse. We do not share those logs with anyone.

Email

If you write to adnan@ahaagile.com.au, the correspondence stays in that mailbox for as long as we are working with you or might be, and we use it to reply and to do the work you asked about. There is no mailing list to be added to, and we do not pass your address on.

Client work

Engagements run under their own terms, and where those say more than this page, they win. Whatever the engagement, your material is used only for your engagement. If an AI tool is going to touch anything containing personal information, we ask for your written agreement first, we remove identifying details before the material goes near a model, and we keep a log of what was used and for what. Nothing you give us is used to train any model, ours or anyone else's.

YouTube and LinkedIn

AhaAgile publishes videos to its own YouTube channel and posts to its own LinkedIn profile and page. The software that does this (on Google's side it is an app called "AhaAgile Studio") signs in to our accounts only, uploads our videos, and reads back the result. It does not read or store anything about viewers, subscribers or connections, and it has no access to any other person's Google or LinkedIn account.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Your rights

We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing adnan@ahaagile.com.au. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the answer you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Any change that means we collect more than we do today will be spelled out here, not slipped in.
